We pay preceptors for every teaching hour. Rates are set per specialty and market, with adjustments for high-demand areas and your level of experience. Most preceptors precept 1–4 students per year and use the income for tuition, CE, or as flexible side income alongside their primary practice.

We handle affiliation agreements, school paperwork, evaluations, and student onboarding. You focus on teaching; we run the back office.
Pay is issued via direct deposit after rotation completion. We send a 1099-NEC each January for tax season.
Refer another preceptor and earn a bonus when they complete their first NPHub rotation. Ask your recruiter for the current bonus structure.
Every student is verified for active enrollment, immunizations, BLS, malpractice, and background checks before they step into your clinic.
Precepting hours may qualify for continuing education credit in many states. Ask your state board for current eligibility rules.
