Day 1–7
Preceptor accepts
Your preceptor reviews your rotation request and profile. NPHub follows up so you don’t have to.
Day 7–14
Paperwork prepared
We collect every form your university requires — affiliation agreements, preceptor CV, license, board certification. Zero work for you.
Day 14
Download & submit
Choose your payment plan and download the complete document packet. Submit to your school.
Day 14–28
University approval
Most universities approve within 1–4 weeks. If they reject, NPHub finds an alternative or issues a full refund.
Day 28–35
Rotation begins
Coordinate your start date with your preceptor. Your dedicated Student Coordinator stays in touch through completion.

Tell us early. We’ll intervene with the preceptor, help find a replacement, or refund the remaining balance.
Your start date slips.
Notify your Student Coordinator. Rotation dates are flexible up until the preceptor’s availability commitment.
Process questions.
Yes. We pre-screen for every common university requirement: board certification, state license, years of experience, specialty match. If your school has a niche requirement, your Student Coordinator confirms it before paperwork goes out.
