Find your Adult-Gerontology Primary Care preceptor.

Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP rotations across internal medicine, adult primary care, and geriatric primary care clinics. These are outpatient placements focused on chronic disease management, preventive care, and the medical complexity of the adult and older-adult populations — most rotations run 180–360 hours on a standard weekday clinic schedule. One of our deepest non-FNP networks.
