Challenge the Status Quo
"This is how it's always been done" is never a good enough reason to let students struggle
About
NPHub was founded in 2017 by Krish Chopra. Since then we’ve matched 14,000+ students across 45 states with vetted clinical preceptors. Our team is led by practicing nurse practitioners — because the people who solve this problem need to have lived it.
Rated 4.9/5 across 2,000+ five-star reviews on Google and Trustpilot.
In late 2014, a nurse practitioner student called us seeking a 144-hour Pediatric clinical rotation.
She told us she’d been searching for over 3 months without success, and time was of the essence.
It had gotten so bad that she was on the verge of tears...
Why?
Because her preceptor canceled a rotation she had already set up!
To make matters worse, her university couldn’t help, and as a result, she felt alone in this process.
We thought to ourselves, “All she needs is a pediatric rotation.”
At the time, we placed MD students in these rotations all the time, and this time was no different.
The same day, we called the student back with a solution: two different Pediatric clinical rotation options ready for her!
She chose one in Lawrenceville, GA, just a few minutes away from her house.
She thought it was a trick until she reported to the rotation.
The best part?
We completed and submitted her paperwork to her school in less than 3 days.
It felt incredible to help her, but we thought it was just a one-time thing.
Then, shortly after, 1 student turned into 2, which quickly turned 10.
We quickly realized our initial assumption was wrong.
We naturally assumed NP students had support in finding and scheduling clinical rotations because all other healthcare students had this support.
However, we were wrong.
We spent 18 months in 2015 and 2016 meeting with NP programs around the country and consistently heard the same three things:We don’t have the budget in our program!
Our students might struggle, but they always figure it out.
This is how it’s always been done and how it’ll always be doneThe last university we spoke with in 2016 was the last straw.
Our founder, Krish Chopra, received an unexpected call from an Associate Dean of an NP program in Delaware, who said: “You’re not needed here.
This is how it’s always been done, and this is how it will stay.
You guys are wasting your time.”
This was obviously a blow and massively disheartening.
It took some time, but fast-forward eight months, and we decided to switch to helping students directly.
We made this monumental shift in March 2017…

Since our shift to helping students directly in 2017, we've grown from helping 20 students to over 8,000 – but our mission remains the same:Give every NP student the support they deserve.
This isn't just business for us.
It's personal.
Every time we help a student secure a placement, we're not just filling a rotation slot – we're helping shape the future of healthcare.
"This is how it's always been done" is never a good enough reason to let students struggle
Every preceptor in our network is thoroughly vetted because your education matters
From paperwork to placement, you'll never feel alone in this process again
Your dreams shouldn't wait for your bank account—spread any rotation cost over 12 manageable monthly payments
Since our first placement in 2017, we've spent the past 8 years perfecting every aspect of the process. We've learned what works, built strong relationships with top preceptors, NP programs, and nursing organizations, and streamlined the placement journey—so you don’t have to go through it alone.
Every student represents a success story—someone who, just like you, was searching late at night before finding a better way. These aren’t just numbers; they’re NPs who graduated on time (or are on track) and are now thriving in their dream specialty.
Each placement represents countless hours saved, stress avoided, and dreams achieved. We've handled every specialty, every school requirement, and every unique situation imaginable. Whatever your placement needs, we've successfully managed it before.
Our network isn't just large—it's alive and growing. These aren't outdated listings; they're vetted preceptors ready to teach. That means more options in your area, better specialty matches, and higher chances of finding your perfect fit.
We make placements more accessible. Our industry-first 12-month payment plan puts quality clinical rotations within reach for every aspiring NP. Don't lose sleep over rotation costs—secure your perfect preceptor with easy monthly payments.
